Vintage Postcard Art

Ah, Paris! Even if you aren’t visiting the City of Light any time soon, our vintage post card art craft will help you get into a Parisian mood…no passport required.  With recycling always a big focus in our house, we love turning re-purposed postcards into mini works of art.

What you will need:

Old postcards

Step 1: Have your kids decide which elements of the postcard they want to redesign with glitter.

Step 2: Cover the area with a layer of glue.

Step 3: Sprinkle glitter liberally over the section.

Step 4: Shake off excess glitter.

Step 5: Repeat steps 3 and 4 with each section of your postcard you want to make “pop”!

Step 6: For extra special touches, try gold stickers or cut out shapes.
