- I'm a new mom. My son Sebastian is 3 months. I've decided to go back to work part-time so that I can stay home and raise him. I've worked for Big Brothers Big Sisters og Greater Miami for almost 5 years. I've worked since I was 13 y/o so not working full time will be an adjustment. I have a degree in child life psychology but nothing can really prepare you for parenthood.
