Your kids will totally love this fun craft! They will get to be little florists for a day, and by this I mean creating their own one of a kind vases and flower arrangements! Here's what we did: we bought a few "vases" from Target, I think they were actually plastic containers but they were perfect for this project and only cost $5 each. Another bonus was that they came in different colors, the ladies we did our project with love red, so the red vases could not have been more perfect! We also got a bunch of different stickers, paint, and glitter from the craft aisle at Target to make our vases extra special. After our vases were decorated and dry I gave the girls a couple different bouquets and flowers and let them create their own flower arrangements to go in their very own vases! They loved showing their beautiful creation! The best part is they get to continue this craft every time we bring flowers home from the market! The vases also make for great center pieces.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this idea! My boys would love this, too! It is so much more thoughtful to give a gift that is homemade to grandma for her bday or teachers on the first day of school than to buy $40-$50 flowers! THANK YOU!
